Capital Novus seeks out industry veterans who can talk to our clients, assess the challenges facing them, identify the resources needed to meet those challenges, craft a project plan, and manage the execution all the way through to a successful conclusion. Many of the company’s project managers (PMs) bring a wide variety of relevant backgrounds to their jobs. A number of the PMs have worked inside litigation-support groups in top-tier law firms, and have a first-hand understanding of the pressures our clients face. At Capital Novus, we believe that providing a high level of service and establishing strong communications are critical to maintaining client satisfaction and successful projects.   In our industry there is no more important quality in a project manager than responsiveness. We understand that our clients work under intense pressure. No matter what may be issue at hand, our Project Managers will remain on the case until it is resolved.

  Our Project Managers make certain that specific tasks are accomplished as deemed necessary, as they work to ensure that the project yields a successful outcome.
• Communication
  Communication is the essence of project management – getting the right information to the right people at the right time. Our team makes certain to know the people involved, the nature of the case or matter at hand, and the communication tools available.
• Being Proactive
  A major reason clients rely on Capital Novus is our experience, both individually and collectively. Experience enables us to be proactive by anticipating potential pitfalls and addressing them before they derail current projects. Our team is able to think ahead so that Clients can be shielded from unpleasant surprises.
• Remediation
  In the event that something happens to go wrong, our Project Managers immediately make the Client fully aware of any and all issues, and will then work quickly with the project team to formulate a remediation plan.

Project management begins in the proposal phase and continues through delivery. Capital Novus project managers confer with the client to establish the client’s goals for the projects proposed, and help to identify the most appropriate Capital Novus services for a particular project. The project team remains with the Client every step of the way.
