Washington, DC (January 2012)
ALM's The National Law Journal & Best of Legal Times announced the top legal vendors, law schools, and business service providers throughout the Washington, DC metro area for 2011. Over three-thousand readers of Legal Times took the survey that held voting in 56 categories. Capital Novus, global e-discovery, data forensics, and trial consulting/graphics provider, received the most votes to achieve first place in the category of “Best E-Discovery Vendor”, as well as second place in the category of "Best Case Management Software".

"It is a great honor to be recognized as a leader by our clients throughout the DC area", states Dharmesh Shingala, CEO of Capital Novus. "This is a true testament to the service and support that we offer to our clients not just [in Washington, DC], but around the world." And Capital Novus has every right to believe that it is the worthy recipient of the title. In the last couple of years, the company has added numerous products and services to its already expansive e-Discovery workflow, including an Early Case Assessment tool, eZVUE™, which has revolutionized the search and review stage of the data discovery process. Capital Novus has also managed to establish a strong level of support with its clients in regards to the flexibility of its products/services and the experience of its staff behind the technology.
Although this is only the first year that ALM had published and issued the survey, feedback infers that it was met with great success. The Associate Publisher of The National Law Journal & Legal Times stated, “This has been a great measure across the Washington legal industry… We are excited for the winners and finalists, and hope to build on this initiative in years to come.”
