Renowned for its security, its reliability, and its ease of use, eZReview™ allows legal teams to rapidly review electronically stored information (ESI) and assess the merits of the project, by using powerful analytics and clustering. The ultimate goal in upgrading the platform was to make a great product even better. From small changes like giving users the ability to perform highlighting on text versions of a document to more significant changes like the addition of the review work-flow manager, a variety of innovative features have been incorporated into eZReview™3.4.

Combining engineering power with a sophisticated and user-friendly interface, eZReview™ 3.4 gives you multiple ways to analyze, organize and review your ESI. The following features are just a few of the additions to the eZReview™ platform that will most improve your review experience:

Enhanced User Interface:
Our user interface has been optimized to provide for the ultimate user experience. The upgrade enables reviewers to maximize on-screen real estate for more effective viewing of documents. Several of the windows/panes within the application have been reorganized allowing for quicker navigation, easier location of tabs and buttons, and the most efficient viewing process of any review software on the market.

Search Optimization:
Searching has never been easier with eZReview™ 3.4. We have optimized our search technology to gain performance improvements on our already powerful search capabilities. Additionally, based on your feedback we have enhanced the search builder GUI to improve usability.

Faceted Analytics:
Unpredictable, constantly cascading questions can always emerge when interacting with immense sets of information. Our Faceted Analytics feature addresses these questions, and essentially allows for better overall decision making by maximizing visibility, and by enabling dynamic interactive exploration of relevant information. Readily examine important patterns and indicators, and quickly identify important events and trends that require further action with information summaries in the form of timeline graphs, which enable users to easily visualize key metrics, patterns, and trends.

Review Work-flow Manager:
To best facilitate your review management experience, eZReview™ 3.4 introduces our Review Work-flow Manager. This feature allows case administrators to easily manage various review stages and necessary work-flows. The feature is completely customizable and can be configured on a per case basis. Case administrators can easily control work-product quality by driving reviewer behavior. Adding this feature to some of the existing powerful capabilities such as Reporting, Random Statistical Sampling gives the administrators all the necessary tools to ensure a seamless review flow, monitor reviewer productivity and case progress, and most importantly ensure great quality work-product.

Conflicting Decision Reports:
Quality control is now made possible with the click of a button. Long gone are the grueling hours traditionally spent on searching for work-product discrepancies with the human eye. This intuitive feature quickly enables administrators to identify any inconsistency in the work-product between exact duplicates, families or even similar documents.

In-line translation Text editor:
Save time and cut down on unnecessary work-flows required to translate foreign language documents. This feature allows translators to quickly translate a foreign language document directly in eZReview and have it available for review and production processes.
