A collaborative tool that allows for total management of a client's case, eZShare™ integrates with the entire set of processes involved in the eZDiscovery™ suite. The name "eZShare" can be used interchangeably with the terms "eRoom" or "Virtual Workspace". The application essentially serves as a dynamic dashboard and management portal for clients to track various tasks and events for all projects.
A true portal, eZShare™ supports a shared events calendar, shared task items, contacts, and change notifications and announcements. Built on Mircosoft 2010 SharePoint technology, the platform allows project team members to communicate effectively with each other and keeps project participants engaged throughout the discovery process. Users can export reports and data from any eZDiscovery™ module into eZShare™, enabling authorized users to find relevant information in one location.
